Is the photo visible from the outside?

No. Our photo jewelry is designed to be discreet and elegant. The image is hidden within the piece and can only be viewed through light or close inspection, preserving both privacy and sophistication.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet entered production, changes may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can check availability.

Can I cancel my order?

Once a personalized order has entered production, cancellation is no longer possible. Non-personalized orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been processed.

Your photo is used to create your personalized jewelry. It is handled securely, never shared with third parties, and removed from our systems once production is completed.
