We take great care in creating jewelry that is personal, meaningful, and crafted to the highest quality standards. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalized Jewelry

All personalized jewelry, including photo projection pieces, is custom-made specifically for you.
For this reason, personalized items cannot be refunded or returned once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review all order details and uploaded photos before completing your purchase.

Non-Personalized Jewelry

For non-personalized items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly include clear photos of both the item and the packaging so we can assess the issue promptly.

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund, depending on availability and your preference

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders for personalized jewelry cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Non-personalized orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
