Once production of a personalized item has begun, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Prices & Payment

Production & Delivery

Personalized jewelry requires additional production time. Estimated production and delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on location.
Lovyn Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with EU consumer law:

  • Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once production has started
  • Non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in original condition

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. We will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, in line with applicable consumer laws.
